Equipping leaders. Changing lives. Transforming communities.

All Purpose
Dr. Eric D. Edwards is the author of the highly acclaimed The Day I Got My Strength Back. His latest book, The Law of We Trickles Down To Me, highlights all the helping professionals who inherently honor God.
Nicknamed “All Purpose” by former Navy shipmates for his many roles aboard the USS Glover, this ordained pastor is still shaped by the Apostle Paul’s example of being all things to all people and using all Godly means to save some. He is retired from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools as a Section 504 Disability Coordinator, a professor at FMI Seminary, and an independent consultant within the human service market — highly skilled in strategic planning, creativity, organizational management, public programming and the humanities.
Dr. Edwards is host of the video podcast Kingdom Voices and serves as Founder and Senior Pastor of Kingdom Covenant Christian Church. Over the past 35 years he has served as director and coordinator to many organizations and programs. He holds two master’s degrees in Counseling and is a gifted lecturer and preacher who provides outreach, case management, training and support services for individuals with disabilities and other barriers.
An avid reader, he loves spending time with his sons Levi and Eden. Dr. Edwards credits much of his success to a wise mother and a deceased grandmother who told him about a man named Jesus — and he is quick to point out that without God none of this would be possible.

Dr. Edwards’ latest book honors the helping professionals — caregivers, counselors, educators, case managers and volunteers — whose daily service inherently glorifies God. It traces how collective responsibility, the law of we, trickles down from global systems to the single person standing in front of you.
Written from 35 years of pastoral, clinical and disability-services practice, it is a call to the quiet vocations that hold communities together.
The KCCC Leadership Development Training Center
We live in an era characterized by a profound deficit of leadership. Real leadership cannot be mass-produced in an atmosphere of outrage — it requires a hands-on environment built on a curriculum that actually works, integrating pastoral care, educational pedagogy and clinical perspective.

The Keefe D trial in the Tupac murder of 30 years ago speaks of a more sinister indictment. The true architect of his demise is not the legal system — it is an attention-seeking economy we are all tempted to feed.
