Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dr. Eric D. Edwards and Kingdom Covenant Christian Church (“we,” “us”) collect, use, disclose and protect personal information through this website. It also describes the rights available to residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas.

Categories of personal information we collect

  • Identifiers and contact data — name, email address, phone number, organization or church name, and mailing details you provide in the book pre-order, speaking-request, leadership-track inquiry or newsletter forms.
  • Commercial / transaction data — book pre-order quantity, event selection and related notes. Card payments, when offered, are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Internet and device activity — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Inferences — limited interest signals, such as which leadership track or ministry topic you engaged with, used to tailor content we send you.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics.

Why we collect it

  • To fulfill book pre-orders, book-signing registrations and speaking requests.
  • To respond to inquiries about the KCCC Leadership Development Training Center.
  • To send newsletters, event notices and ministry updates you asked for.
  • To measure site performance, diagnose errors and improve content.
  • To protect against fraud, abuse and unauthorized access, and to meet legal obligations.

Third parties we share information with

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share limited information with service providers acting on our behalf, including:

  • Website hosting, database and email-delivery providers.
  • Analytics providers (for example Google Analytics) that use cookies.
  • Embedded media platforms such as YouTube, which set their own cookies when you play a video.
  • Advertising or promotion partners, where marketing cookies are enabled. Under California law this activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you may opt out at any time.
  • Law enforcement or regulators where required by law.

Your US state privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you have the right to:

  • Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
  • Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
  • Data portability — receive a copy in a usable format.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices or provide a lesser experience because you exercised a privacy right.
  • Appeal a decision on your request (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Texas residents).

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing.
